The Magic In The Black
When white ink is used in a design or as an under base, the garment goes through the pre-treating process prior to printing. A specially formulated odor free cornstarch mixture is applied to the garment via a highly calibrated machine to ensure even distribution of the pretreat solution. The pretreat helps white ink bond to the fabric and achieve bright colors on digitally printed dark garments. If the pretreat process were skipped, the white ink would absorb right into the shirt and the result would be a murky design in which you can see the garment color through. While the pre-treat may leave a little bit of a mark on the garment, rest assured it will wash right off and is safe.

Orders of 20 or Less
48hrs: Service is available if order is placed before 2pm CST. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be considered for the next business day. Customer must supply their own artwork or use our online design tool.
24hrs: Service is available if order is placed before 2pm CST. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be considered for the next business day. Customer must supply their own artwork or use our online design tool.
Same Day: Service is available if order is placed before 1pm CST. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be considered for the next business day. Customer must supply their own artwork or use our online design tool.
Orders of 20+
Please call to get accurate turn-around. This is based upon our current volume of projects. Typically, most bulk orders require 3-10 business days. Once again, this is determined by work volume.
Notes: Although our production team can handle large volumes production, we are limited in how many Same Day and 24hr orders we can complete. If you order can not be done in the specified time frame that you requested, one of our team members will contact you immediately to either schedule a new completion date or to refund the order.
