    • Usually it takes 4-7 business days to make the first version of the portrait.  You are then welcome to make revisions and we will work with you until you are happy to approve a design.

    Please remember that revisions take time which can be reduced with good quality photos and detailed description of the desirable outcome.


    Once you approve the portrait design, the final high-resolution .jpg file and PNG file will be delivered.

    A PNG file has a transparent background that could be used as a watermark or for printing.


    Yes.  We can create a zip file that includes all of the graphics and fonts used to create your project.  This pack can be requested at the end of the process - the cost is $35 if required.


    Yes, your Portrait Logo includes a commercial use license.
